If you would like to adopt one of our great animals, you may fill out an adoption application for cats (pdf) (word doc) or dogs (pdf) (word doc) and email it to adoptions@etowahvalleyhumane.org, fax it to us at 678-721-6953, or send it through the regular mail to:

You are also more than welcome to come in to our facility with a completed form, or to fill one out at the shelter with one of our courteous staff members. We will be glad to assist you in completing a form and helping you choose the pet that is right for you. You can visit with our pets in our socialization area. All of our pets are waiting for you!
Please note that your adoption application must be approved prior to payment, so please do not submit the adoption fee online.
